Most tours in Miyako Island are group-based, usually with 2–4 groups (4–8 people). Because of that, there can be waiting time for things like swimming guidance or taking photos with sea turtles or clownfish.

At Lulu Miyako, we offer one-group-only private tours, so we can fully focus on you. Whether you’re a confident swimmer or a complete beginner, we’ll support you at your own pace.

It’s perfect if you’re feeling a bit nervous about swimming, don’t want to hold others back, or simply want to enjoy a special, private experience with your loved ones in the beautiful ocean of Miyako Island.

We offer free pick-up and drop-off service 🚗✨

Cancel Policy

Please note that the following cancellation fees apply for changes or cancellations made by guests:

1 day before: 50% of the booking fee
Same day: 100% of the booking fee
No-show: 100% of the booking fee

We kindly ask that you let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel.

Regarding booking system

Bookings are subject to confirmation.

Please send a request through our website booking form first.
We’ll review your request and get back to you once your booking is confirmed.

Please note that depending on availability and sea conditions,
we may not be able to accommodate your request. Thanks for your understanding!

Regarding age limit

This tour is available for guests aged 3 to 65.

For safety reasons, we have set an age limit, as marine accidents involving older participants have been increasing in recent years.

If we find that a guest is over 65 on the day of the tour,
we may have to decline participation to ensure everyone’s safety.

Regarding chances of Seeing Sea Turtles

Sea turtles are wild animals, so sightings are not guaranteed.

Depending on the sea conditions and timing,
there are rare occasions (a few times a year) when we may not be able to see them.

Even if sea turtles are not spotted,
we do not offer refunds due to the nature of this experience.

Thank you for your understanding before booking.

Regarding the cancellation decision

Tours will generally run even in the rain.

However, depending on weather and sea conditions,
we may need to change or cancel the tour for safety reasons.

If that happens, we’ll contact you in advance.

Regarding participation requirements

For your safety, participation may be restricted depending on your health condition.

If you have any medical conditions or a history of serious illness,
please consult with us in advance.

In some cases, we may ask for a doctor’s note.

For safety reasons, we kindly ask the following guests not to join:

Pregnant guests
Anyone under the influence of alcohol or hungover
Guests with pacemakers or heart conditions
Guests with respiratory conditions (such as asthma)
Guests with neurological or mental health conditions (e.g. epilepsy, dementia, panic disorder, etc.)
Guests with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular conditions
Guests with physical disabilities
