Please note that the following cancellation fees apply for changes or cancellations made by guests:
- 1 day before: 50% of the booking fee
- Same day: 100% of the booking fee
- No-show: 100% of the booking fee

Regarding age limit
This tour is available for guests aged 3 to 65.
For safety reasons, we have set an age limit, as marine accidents involving older participants have been increasing in recent years.
If we find that a guest is over 65 on the day of the tour,
we may have to decline participation to ensure everyone’s safety.

Regarding the cancellation decision
Tours will generally run even in the rain.
However, depending on weather and sea conditions,
we may need to change or cancel the tour for safety reasons.
If that happens, we’ll contact you in advance.

Can beginners join the SUP tour?
Absolutely! Our guide will give you clear instructions and full support, so even first-timers can enjoy the experience with confidence.
How far do you offer pickup?
We offer pickup across Miyako Island (Miyako, Irabu, Kurima, and Ikema Islands).
Please note: If we exceed vehicle capacity or due to scheduling, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Thanks for your understanding!
Do you provide wetsuits?
Wetsuits are not usually provided for SUP tours. However, during the winter season (November to the end of April), we do offer wetsuits on rainy days or when the temperature is low and it may feel too cold in just swimwear.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, a towel, drinks, a change of clothes, and sandals are recommended.
Please note: There are no changing rooms, so please arrive wearing your swimwear.
Can I book on the same day?
Yes! Same-day bookings are available up to 2 hours before the tour starts.
Please note: Depending on our schedule, we may not be able to accept all requests. Thanks for your understanding!
Can I join if I’m pregnant?
We’re very sorry, but for safety reasons, we do not accept guests who are pregnant.
Sea conditions can change quickly, and we want to prioritize the safety of both mother and baby. Thank you for your understanding.
How do I receive my photos and videos?
You’ll get your photos and videos right after the tour.
- iPhone users: sent via AirDrop on the spot
- Android users: easy download via our shared link
Will the tour run if it rains?
Yes, tours usually run even in the rain. Miyako Island’s ocean stays clear since there are no mountains to muddy the water.
However, if sea conditions are unsafe, we may cancel the tour in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
Are there changing rooms or showers?
There are no changing rooms at the beach, so please come dressed in your swimwear.
We provide a simple shower after the tour, so just bring a towel to dry off!
