- 1 day before: 50% of the booking fee
- Same day: 100% of the booking fee
- No-show: 100% of the booking fee

How far do you offer pickup?
We offer pickup across Miyako Island (Miyako, Irabu, Kurima, and Ikema Islands).
Please note: If we exceed vehicle capacity or due to scheduling, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Thanks for your understanding!
Can I join the tour wearing a T-shirt and shorts?
Yes, you can join the tour wearing a T-shirt and shorts.
However, if you’re concerned about mosquitoes or other insects, we recommend wearing long sleeves and long pants.
What should I bring?
Insect repellent and comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
Can I book on the same day?
Yes! Same-day bookings are available up to 2 hours before the tour starts.
